If you choose to return a product, within 1 year of purchase, we will refund the purchase price.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Then follow the simple instructions. You will need to return to us the product/bottle containing any unused portion.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank/credit card to process our refund request.

Please note: As a general rule refund requests received in the first 60 days will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account; refunds requested after 60 days will be issued by check.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Include in the package a copy of the confirmation email that you received from us when you placed the order. If you don't have this, include your name, email, and shipping address used when you placed the order. When we receive this we will issue you a credit on your credit card for the total amount of your order minus shipping/handling fees, or we will send you a refund check within 3-4 weeks.
