About Sleep Habits
Some people report they do not sleep at all. This may not be exactly accurate. What they are experiencing is a reduction in the amount of deep sleep when their body functions are at their most passive: when muscles are relaxed, blood pressure is low and the heart rate is slower. They doze and slip in and out of sleep fitfully giving them the sense of restlessness and unease.
Many complain of insomnia because they wake too early. Others complain of waking up after getting to sleep and then not being able to get back to sleep. Yet others indicate they feel tired enough to sleep by 10pm but as soon as they get in bed they suddenly feel wide awake; this is more common amongst people who are too busy and attempting to juggle too many things. The mind is not at rest.
Sleep is vital to a healthy constitution. Without sufficient quality sleep, your creative potential may be compromised. Sleep can be disturbed by many different factors. These include anxiety, fear, stress, excitement, excessive alcohol or eating, certain medications, arthritic conditions, circulatory disorders, skin conditions, etc.

While others experience great success using homeopathic remedies to cure insomnia and sleep imbalance
